About Us
Pebble Creek is located in Mechanicsville, Virginia in historic Hanover County. Our community is comprised of 700 single-family residences which surround four ponds, We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Richmond.

We are a deed-restricted community with a Board of Directors who manage the common areas and enforce the governing documents. Assessments are due quarterly in the amount of $185.00.

Amenities include a community clubhouse (The Via Club), 8-lane pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, two playgrounds, fishing pond, and sidewalks/walking paths. Our committee volunteers put on several events throughout the year - children's socials and an adult social.
